Standard check-in time is 14:00.
Check-out time is 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at an additional cost.
Early check-in before 14:00 and late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 are paid in the amount of 50% of the daily rate. Late check-out after 18:00 is paid in the amount of the full cost of the day on the check-out date.

Upon arrival, each guest staying in a room must present their passport for registration at the hotel. Citizens of the Russian Federation provide a civil passport.
Foreign citizens must present a foreign passport, visa (if required) and migration card (if required), as well as registration from the previous place of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation.To register children under 14 years old, it is necessary to provide a birth certificate. From the age of 14 — a civil passport of the Russian Federation. Children under 18 years old staying at the hotel without parents must be accompanied by adults with parental consent.

Children under 14 years old stay in a room with adults free of charge without an extra bed. Baby crib is available upon request. Breakfast is provided free of charge.

Pets are not allowed. An exception is made for guests with guide dogs, when accommodating guests with special needs.
